General FAQ's
When is check-in?
Check in is from 10:30-12:00PM at Endicott College's Marblehead Hall. After entering the main campus entrance there will be signs directing traffic to Marblehead Hall. The first camp meeting is in the Life Science Building Auditorium beginning at 1:00PM. Endicott Campus map link http://map.endicott.edu
Are all meals included?
Dinner is included on Monday; Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are included on Tuesday and Wednesday, and Breakfast is included on Thursday. Students are provided a dining card ($10 charge if lost) that gets them the above listed meals.
Can I recommend a roommate and when do I find out my rooming assignment?
Yes, please add your recommended roommate to your order, or email [email protected]. Room Keys and Rooming Assignments will be administered upon check-in. There is a $35 charge if you lose your room key.
Where do the games and practice sessions take place?
All training sessions and games will take place at Hempstead Stadium and North Field. Both fields are
turf surfaces. Parents are more than welcome to watch all camp games. A final camp schedule will be
released day one of camp.
Do I have to bring my medical forms with me?
Only if you didn't send them to [email protected] and receive confirmation that the required forms have been received.
What is the coach to camper ratio?
The Elite 200 ID Camp historically has had 1 coach per 7 players.
Do you recommend I bring money with me to camp?
We recommend you bring at least $40 cash, as each night we offer a post game concession area within the dorms that offers pizza, granola bars, sports drinks, etc. as the dining hall is closed at that time.
What do you recommend I bring with me?
Linens, pillows, shower bag, towel, Soccer cleats, soccer indoor shoes, running sneakers, shin guards, soccer socks, compression wear, moisture wicking training shirts, soccer shorts, sun block, bathing suit, rain gear, water bottle, comfortable athletic wear, cell phone charger and a small amount of cash. Fans are not necessary. Marblehead Hall has central air and a community refrigerator. The camp will have soccer balls, you do not need to bring your own.
How far is Logan Airport?
Logan Airport is 40 minutes away without traffic. If using Logan airport, we recommend the use of Uber for pick-up and drop-off and we can discount up to $50 off registration to offset the transportation fee.
What is the check-out process?
On the last day, you must check out of your dormitory room between 10:30-12:00pm EDT. Once you
have completed your final 8v8 match, attended your closing ceremony, and checked out of your
dormitory, you are free to leave campus. When checking out of Marblehead Hall dorms, you will return your key card and key in the dorm lobby. All camp policies and procedures are available upon request and you can review them at check-in of camp. Feel free to call John Shimer (Camp Director) at 978.500.5575 with any additional questions.

An athletic trainer and/or nurse will be on duty to administer to minor injuries and ailments.
For more serious problems, campers will be transported to the local area hospitals.
Written authorization to administer prescribed medications must be signed by the parent or guardian.
Medical Waiver & Insurance:
Proof of medical insurance and a signed waiver are required.
Pursuant to state law, no camper will be allowed to participate until all forms are received.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund less registration and fees will be issued for cancellations received in writing 14 days prior to start date.
Anyone cancelling after the 14-day window or departing early from camp for any reason will not be entitled to a refund.
